1. Where is Networkers being held in 2002?
Networkers will be held at the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre (BCEC) which is located at the corner of Merivale and Glenelg Streets, South Brisbane.
2. What is the payment policy?
Payment may be made via Mastercard, VISA, Bankcard, American Express or Diners Club. Similarly, cheques are accepted as are money orders in Australian dollars. These should be made out and posted as follows:

Purchase orders will be accepted from government agencies only.

Please note that registration fees are payable prior to the event. If payment has not been received, a credit card or cheque will be required at registration for entry to Networkers. Should we not receive payment for your conference registration prior to 4 March 2002 entry may be declined.

3. Is there complimentary transport from the airport to the hotel?
Yes. There will be a coach running between Brisbane Domestic Airport and all Networkers hotels on the afternoon of Monday 4th March and the morning of Tuesday 5th March. There will also be a coach service on Thursday 7th March transporting delegates to Brisbane Domestic Airport from the Convention Centre. Your confirmation letter will detail these transfer times.
4. How much does it cost to attend Networkers in 2002?

(applies if there is more than one person attending Networkers from your organisation)
$1430 CCIE Registration
$990 Network Academy Registration (applicable for academic and management staff directly involved with Cisco Academies only - i.e. people with active CNAMS accounts)

All costs include GST and only one discount per person applies..
5. What discounts are available?

A discount of A$100 applies for each registration where there are two or more delegates from the one company.
A discount of A$200 applies for each CCIE who registers.
A discount of A$600 applies for members of Cisco's Network Academy Program (applicable for academic and management staff directly involved with Cisco Academies only - i.e. people with active CNAMS accounts)

6. What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations received in writing on or before close of business Friday 8th February 2002 will be accepted and a A$100 administration fee charged. After this date no refunds can be given but substitute delegates are welcome.
7. Shuttle Bus.
There will be a complimentary shuttle service running between the conference hotels and the BCEC. Timetables will be available from the Concierge of conference hotels as well as in your on site pocket guide.
8. May I bring a guest?
Yes. You may register a guest to attend the Welcome Function and the Networkers Party. The functions are sold as a pack at a cost of $176.00 per guest including GST. Sessions and other conference meals are not planned for your guests.
9. What should I wear?
Casual attire is appropriate for the conference and all events. Temperatures will be mild in March averaging in the low twenties.
10. Are there any special airline rates?
Yes. As you are responsible for making your own airline arrangements we have negotiated special rates with QANTAS.

11. Where will the evening functions be held?
The Welcome Function on 5 March will be held in the World of Solutions at the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre from 6.15pm at the conclusion of the day's sessions. The Networkers Party on 6 March will be held at the Aspley Ten Pin Bowling Alley. Coach transfers will be provided to and from Conference hotels. There will be a cloak room available at the party.
